His corporate experience includes senior roles at Sprint, CenturyLink, and Hitachi Data Systems, where he led technology strategy, managed multi-million-dollar R&D initiatives, and directed enterprise-wide transformation projects.

As Founder of Silver Arrow Technologies, Matt built a successful technology consulting practice while simultaneously developing expertise in professional development and strategic positioning. This dual perspective—corporate leadership and entrepreneurial success—provides the foundation for understanding both organizational dynamics and individual strategic positioning.
